How I can help

Focused care.
Real attention.

Deep tissue & therapeutic massage

Focused treatment for persistent tension, overworked muscles, and the areas that keep demanding your attention.

02

Myofascial & trigger-point therapy

Precise, evidence-informed work designed to improve mobility, reduce restriction, and help your body move more freely.

03

Brazilian lymphatic drainage & buccal facial massage

Focused body and facial techniques for clients seeking rhythmic lymphatic work, post-treatment support, and detailed facial care.

Focused hands-on treatment of the upper back

Myofascial pain

Look beyond the sore spot.

Myofascial pain syndrome
A regional pain condition involving sensitive trigger points in muscle and surrounding fascia. These points may cause pain where they are found or refer pain to another area.
Trigger-point therapy
Focused manual pressure and movement techniques applied to sensitive areas in taut muscle bands, with the aim of reducing tenderness and referred pain while supporting more comfortable movement.
Myofascial release
Slow, sustained pressure and stretching applied through fascia and related soft tissues to reduce restriction and support mobility.

Myofascial work is usually performed dry or with very little oil so the hands can engage the skin and underlying tissue rather than glide over it. This can feel more direct and grounding—and at times more intense or tender—than a relaxation massage. Pressure is adjusted through ongoing communication and should remain within a tolerable range.

Among the better-studied complementary approaches. Massage therapy has been researched across several common pain conditions and is recommended in some clinical guidelines as a non-drug option for certain conditions, including acute and subacute low-back pain. Research on trigger-point therapy and myofascial release suggests possible short-term benefits, although results vary by condition and the evidence continues to develop.

Professional Brazilian lymphatic drainage treatment of the abdomen

Brazilian lymphatic & facial work

Detailed, sculpting care.

Brazilian lymphatic drainage uses rhythmic, directional work across the abdomen and body. Facial treatment can combine external work with careful, gloved intraoral buccal techniques to address the cheeks and jaw from both sides.

  • Abdominal and full-body lymphatic techniques
  • Jaw, cheek, scalp, and facial tension
  • Buccal massage and facial sculpting
